Hey there!

Thanks for stopping by. My name is Christina and I'd be thrilled to second shoot for you as I build my wedding and portrait photography business. I am based in Houston, TX but I am up for traveling in Central Texas and even join for your destination wedding.

I started second shooting weddings in the fall of 2021. I love the fast paced timeline, the evolution of the day, and connecting with people from every walk of life. I launched Christina Martinez Photography in the Spring of 2022 and now I am full-time with CMP in 2023. While I'm just getting started with CMP, my career in photography didn't start in 2021. You should read more about it here.

My photography mentor (shout out to Anna!) taught me that second shooting is about working for and representing your main photographer on wedding days. It's about being present, assisting, and making myself an asset. That's how I approach every second shoot and that's what I plan on doing for you during our time together.

Let me know how I can assist you!

xoxo

Christina

“Working with Christina as a second shooter is a dream. She is professional, intuitive and kind. I appreciate that Christina takes direction well and listens to feedback and implements immediately. Her photos are always wonderful and I include many in my galleries. She is a wonderful addition to any team, you'll be grateful you hired her!”

Let's work together!

I am currently looking for opportunities where I can portfolio build to generate momentum in my business. Let's put in our contract together that I'll photo credit you for any usage and we can iron out what that usage looks like. Portfolio building isn't a deal breaker, so be sure to tell me about your couple and wedding day.

I know I'll be an asset for you, so let's get the convo started! You can fill out the form on my website or send me an email at hello@christinamartinezphotography.com.
Cheers!
